Mayor Branning called the meeting to order at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Asleson said the infor- mation necessary to set a bond sale date was not complete and this would be rescheduled for the Council's March 28, 1985, meeting. Mr. Asleson reviewed the history of Joe Dorma's July 1, 1984, termination due to injuries resulting from a private personal injury accident.
