Minutes of the special meeting of the City Council of Apple Valley, Dakota County,
Minnesota, held June 2, 1983, at 8:30 o'clock a.m. at the City Hall, pursuant to
due call and notice thereof.
PRESENT:
ABSENT:
Mayor Overgard; Councilmembers Holton, Humphrey and Savanick; Deputy
Clerk Mueller.
Councilmember Branning.
Mayor Overgard called the meeting to order at 8:34 a.m.
MOTION: of Holton, seconded by Humphrey, approving an on-sale 3.2 beer
license for Beef-N-Brew, Inc., d/b/a Beef-N-Brew Softball Team,
on June 4 and 5, 1983, at Hayes Community Center. Ayes - 4 -
Nays - 0.
MOTION: of Savanick, seconded by Holton, approving a transient merchant
license for Beef-N-Brew Softball Team to sell concessions at
Hayes Community Center on June 4 and 5, 1983. Ayes - 4 - Nays
0.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:36 o'clock a.m.
