ORDINANCE NO. 1148
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF APPLE VALLEY, MINNESOTA, AMENDING
CHAPTER 155-APPENDIX F, ARTICLE 40 OF THE CITY CODE BY AMENDING
THE REAR YARD SETBACK REQUIREMENT FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT
NO. 1144, ZONE 2
The City Council of Apple Valley ordains:
Section 1. Chapter 155-Appendix F, Article 40 of the Apple Valley City Code is amended
by revising Section A40-5(A)(1) to read as follows:
§ A40-5 MINIMUM AREA STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS.
(A) The following standards and requirements shall be met. No improvements shall
be placed on such lands unless the lands to be so used or improved shall meet the following
minimum area and dimensional requirements:

'Setbacks shall be measured from the back of the curb along a private street.
Section 2. Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and
publication.
