PRESENT: Councilmembers Fitzsimmons, Holton, Kelly, and Savanick; Clerk Asleson. ABSENT: Mayor Garrison. Acting Mayor Holton called the meeting to order at 10:05 p.m. Acting Mayor Holton noted that the purpose of this meeting was for the Council to discuss its philosophy related to housing revenue bonds for single family dwellings. Inasmuch as Mayor Garrison was not in attendance, the Council decided to continue the discussion at a later date. Furthermore, the Council felt it would be appro- priate to review the City's Housing goals with the Planning Commission before dis- cussing the revenue bond matters. MOTION: of Kelly, seconded by Fitzsimmons to adjourn. Yes 4 - No - 0. The meeting was adjourned at 10:15 p.m.
