Minutes of the special meeting of the City Council of Apple Valley, Dakota County,
Minnesota, held December 29, 1976, at 7:00 o'clock p.m.
PRESENT: Mayor Largen (attended at 7:02 p.m.); Councilmembers Branning, Hayes and
Holton; Deputy Clerk Mueller.
ABSENT: Councilmember Garrison.
Acting Mayor Holton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. Mayor Largen attended
at this time.

Councilmember Hayes noted this was Mayor Largen's last meeting and, on behalf of the
Council, expressed thanks for his years of service.
