Discussion - Public Hearing Alexander Construction Company preliminary plat
and conditional use - May 17, 1972.
The Planning Consultant located the property on the map and then turned the
hearing over to Mr. Alexander and Mr. Leibfried who presented the plans. The
Council determined that the streets in the proposal should be dedicated at this
time~ both from the petitioner and from Mr. McNamara; that Mr. Alexander should
obtain an easement from McNamara for the trucks to go out to Fairgreen; and
that the building should be erected at the final grade as per the plan submitted
to the Village by McNamara. They slso discussed a drainage problem which might
arise when the building is erected at the lower grade.
