PRESENT: Lebanon Town Board Members: Delaney, Natwick, and Clerk Caputo absent Village Officials: Mayor Largen Village Councilmen: Pearsall, Garrison, Branning and Hollenbeck Justice of Peace: Johnson and Corscadden Constables: Corrigan and Rowley Town Board Chairman, Delaney called the meetint to order. This meeting being called to swear-in the newly elected officials of the Village of Apple Valley. MOTION of Natwick, seconded by Delaney, unanimously passed, to approve as written, the followdnbtg minutes of meetings of the Lebanon Town Board during December: December 12th; 20th a.m.; 20th p.m.; 23rd; 27th; 30th. Motion duly carried. Lebanon Town Clerk Cecelia Strunk duly swore in the following elected officials: MAYOR: Fred J. Largen COUNCILMEN: Phillip J. Pearsall; Mike Garrison; Robert Hollenbeck; and Willis E. Branning JUSTICES OF PEACE: Charles A. Johnson; John E. Corscadden CONSTABLES: Gene Corrigan; Kenneth Rowley Mayor ~.argen announced the first official meeting of the Village of Apple Valley will be held on Monday evening, January 6th at 7:30 P.M. Mayor Largen also issued a statement thanking the present and past town board for their cooperation - also hoping that they can continue to call on the town board members for such information as needed from time to time by the mayor and councilmen. Statements denoting Good Luck and Congratulations to the mayor and councilmen were expressed by Delaney and Natwick, retiring town board members. The meeting was duly adjourned at 9:30 a.m. a. PRE~ENT• Engineer Bob Frlgaard of Bonestroo & Rosene Village Engineers Clerk Cecelia Strunk Engineer Frigaard duly opened and read aloud the following bids as received: Bergersen - Caswell, Inc., $37,972.00 Keys Well Drilling Company $38,792.00 Layne - Minnesota Company $38,976.00 E. H. Renner & Sons, Inc . , $x+0,140.00 Engineer Frigaard informed all attending contractors the bid would be awarded upon calculation of bids by the engineer, at the village meeting to be held this evening. Meeting adjourned at 3:20 P. M.
