Minutes of the Joint Special Meeting of the Village Council and Plann~.ng Commission
held on February 5th, 1969 at 7:30 p. m.

Mayor Largen declared the Joint Hearing of the Council and Planning Commission in
session. The Mayor turned the meeting over to Mr. Voss, the Village Planner, for
the Public Hearing of the overall plan of Orrin Thompson~s Greenleaf 3rd Addition.
Mr. Voss noted the various aspects of the overall plan of the Greenleaf 3rd Addition.
The hearing on Greenleaf 3rd Addition was declared closed at 8:15 p.m.
The Public Hearing for the rezoning of the Ray Brown property as advertised - from
Agricultural to Residential and Multiple Dwellings was called to order. Discussion
was held on the proposed rezoning as advertised.
The aforementioned Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:35 p. m.
8:x+5 p.m. Council was declared in session.
MOTION of Garrison, seconded by Hollenbeck, to hold a Public Hearing on February
26th, 1969 at 7:30 p. m. - on the revised Preliminary Plat for Cedar Knolls Deve-
lopment. Motion duly carried.
MOTION of Hollenbeck, seconded by Pearsall, ordering a Public Hearing to consider
the rezoning of a portion of Cedar Knolls area from Rl-A to R3-B to conform with
the overall develo went tan on Febru 26 1 at 0

g-_-? MOTION of Pearsall, seconded by Garrison, to hold a Public Hearing on February 26th,
196g at 7:30 p. m. to consider the proposed ordinance ammendment to allow erection of
townhouses in R3-B Districts. Motion duly carried.
~ MOTION of Hollenbeck, seconded by Pearsall, to hold a Public Hearing for the
proposed townhouse conditional use permit related to the conditional use ordinance
aanmendment on February 26th, 1969. Motion duly carried.
MOTION of Hollenbeck, seconded by Garrison to set a hearing on February 26, 1969,
~~j for the rezoning of a portion of Scott Highlands ~+th Addition from R1-C to R3-C in
accordance with the attached resolution. Motion duly carried.

-rv Garrison requested to go on record - stating his vote of approval of the proposed
zoo for the area. Pearsall and Hollenbeck concurring in favor of the zoo.
MOTION of Hollenbeck, seconded by Pearsall, to adjourn the meeting at 9:05 p.m.
