M. PRESENT: Administrator Curtis E. Olsen, Bob Frigaard and Deputy Clerk, Joyce Viveiros. The Administrator called the bid opening to order at 3.00 P. M. Said opening was called by order of the Village Council for the purpose of accepting bids for Sanitary Sewer Extensions, Garden View Drive trunk and Palomino Bills Lakeshore Additional laterals. Affidavits of publications from the Dakota County Tribune and fmom the Construction Bulletin were noted and filed.
