Minutes of the special meeting of the Economic Development Authority of Apple
Valley, Dakota County, Minnesota, held July 25th, 1991, at 8:00 o'clock p.m.
at Apple Valley City Hall.
PRESENT: President Holton; Commissioners Goodwin and Sterling.
ABSENT: Commissioners Erickson and Humphrey.
City staff members present were: City Administrator Melena, City Clerk
Mueller, City Attorney Margarit, City Engineer Gordon, Finance Director
Ballenger, Personnel Director Boland, Police Captain Erickson, Public Works
Director Gretz, Parks & Recreation Director Johnson, Police Chief Rivers and
Assistant to Administrator Weldon.
President Holton called the meeting to order at 10:03 p.m.
MOTION: of Sterling, seconded by Goodwin, approving the minutes of APR. 25, 1991
the spec meeting of April 25th, 1991, as written. Ayes MINUTES
- 2 - Nays - 0 (Holton Abstained).
• MOTION: of Goodw seconded by Sterling, adopting Resolution No. RES. EDA - 91 -
EDA -91 -8 making application to acquire Outlot C, Falcon ACQUIRE O.L. C
Ridge Trail, from the State of Minnesota, for the purpose FALCON RIDGE
of transferring it to be combined with Lot 1, Block 1,
Falcon Ridge Trail, and authorizing the President and
Secretary to sign the necessary documents. Ayes - 3 -
Nays - 0.
MOTION: of Sterling, seconded by Goodwin, to adjourn. Ayes - 3 - Nays - 0.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:06 o'clock p.m.
