Minutes of the special meeting of the City Council of Apple Valley, Dakota
County, Minnesota, held January 3rd, 1995, at 7:00 o'clock p.m. at Apple
Valley City Hall.
PRESENT: Mayor Branning; Councilmembers Eriekson, Goodwin, and Sterling.
ABSENT: Councilmember Humphrey.
City staff ~embers present were: City Administrator Gretz and City Clerk Mueller.
Oaths of office were administered to the newly elected officials by the City
Clerk. The officials taking office are: Mayor Branning, for a four-year term;
and Gouncilmembers Erickson and Sterling, for four-year terms; all expiring
December 31, 1998. Mayor Branning called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.
MOTION: of Sterling, seconded by Erickson, approving the agenda for
tonight's meeting as amended. Ayes - 4 - Nays - 0.
APPROVE AGENDA
MOTION: of Sterling, seconded by Ertckson, approving all items on
the consent agenda with no exceptions. Ayes - 4 - Nays '- 0.

1995-1 accepting collateral and designating First Bank of
Apple Valley as the official depository for City funds for
