Call to Order The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Arthur Zimmerman. Members Present: Linda Dolan, Charles Grawe, Dave McKenzie, Matt Saam, Joe Shaw, Arthur Zimmerman Members Absent: Greg Dahlstrom Consultants/Alternates Present: Others Present: 2. Approval of Agenda MOTION: Mr. Grawe moved, second by Mr. McKenzie, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed 6-0. 3. Audience Items There were no audience items. 4. Approval of November 9, 2022 Minutes MOTION: Mr. Saam moved, second by Mr. McKenzie, to approve the Minutes of November 9, 2022. Motion passed 5-0 (Mr. Grawe abstained). 5A. Elect Officers MOTION: Mr. Saam moved, second by Ms. Dolan, to elect Mr. Zimmerman as Chair and Mr. McKenzie as Secretary. Motion passed 6-0. 5B. Annual Accomplishments Report MOTION: Mr. Shaw moved, second by Mr. McKenzie, to approve the 2022 Annual Accomplishments Report. Motion passed 6-0. 6A.Other Traffic Concerns Communicated to the City of Apple Valley Police Concerns There were no Police concerns. Public Works Concerns There were no Public Works concerns. 6B.Educational Issues 1. Ms. Dolan said there will be a webinar on impacts of cannabis legislation on traffic safety sponsored by the Minnesota Toward Zero Deaths group. 7.
