Resident Concerns with Traffic on Ellice Trail Mr. Bennett said the original concern was over vehicle speeds. Staff conducted a traffic study and found an Average Daily Total of 1,565 vehicles. Police officers have also been expanding enforcement in this area. 8. Resident Petition for 4-way Stop at 147th Street and Johnny Cake Ridge Road The intersection has been open for about one year.
