New Business - Request to vacate walkway easement President of the Greenleaf III Association Board of Directors requested that the City of Apple Valley vacate a 7' easement located on the northeast side of the Association property. After on-site visits to the location, Staff recommended against the abandonment of the easement for the following reasons: • It appears to be well used, judging by the foot trail worn into the turf in some locations. • If abandoned, the next logical park access point to the east is north on Gladiola Court, then through a homeowners sideyard. • The Association could erect a fence running north-south, parallel with the easement to discourage pedestrians from accessing the association property.
