He ar�d �he Committe� r�viewed the Park Con�truction Prn�ram Paark by� Park to
�ae�s what had been done ar�d improvements th�.t remaira tc� be done.
Appra�imat�l� 15dQ hours of playgroun.d equ�pment xngtallatinn wi1.1 begin about
April 1 by a crew of 3 for 3 months. �t is estimat�d that the additiona.l
equipment wi11 be co�nple�ed �'or us� �n the �ummer nf 't982«

Mr. A�l�son told the Cammittee that he wae� conceraed aver "big ticket a.��msre
that are left to be purchased.
Ms. S'ter�.ing asked if Dave Gullifer (City Farestor) was sta.11 worka.n� on
ob�a�.ning the needed trees and shrubbery. Mr. Ptae�eli sugg�sted that in the
sprin� the Gommittee shduld look at each Park a�.d d�cide what 1.andscapin� woul.d
be needed. Mr. As3�s�n suggested that the Committee devel4p a punch 3i�t of
thos� item� l,eft for ec�mpletion. Mr. T,anga�er felt the Commit�ee caul.d g�.ve
him a pux�eh 1.is� after goin� to each park the first c�f May tQ se� arhat shrubbery„
treee, etc« ne�*d to be used in completin� th� landscaping of each park.
The �4ame Cour�� 3.n the Parks wi11 be Color Coded.
In Greenlea�' and Heritage Parks� play equipment has not yet been ptzrchased ($4,fJa0;
for Herit�zge and acld�.tional play eq�ipment has nc�t been purehas�d fnr Greenleaf

Mr. Aslesc+n painted out that the Committee i� ei�hea� eoncerned abc�ut �avia��

suggested that $6C3�044.44 should not be spent on the Barn. If, he stated�
the Cammitte� is concerned with perservin� the Barn and Hcruse and putting
an, hast+aric�l park �ogeth�r, then 3.t shauld b� en��,osed in a cc�mpound with
locked �ates. Thi� wcaul.d invo3.ve a tremendous rnaa�nter�a�ce and security program.
