It appears there is a Qreater impact in the morning, possibly school being in session, that amounts to one additional vehicle every 80 seconds. The average vehicle speed was below 30 miles per hour. The volumes were still well below normal residential street levels, under 1,500 vehicle trips per day. There was one very abnormal count in the summer and the City will conduct counts again when warmer weather arrives. Mr. Blomstrom said he would contact the residents with the results of the study. 8. Findlay Avenue Traffic Concerns Update Mr. Blomstrom said the City received a request for sidewalk extensions along Findlay Avenue. City staff studied the radius of the curve of the road to determine if advisory sib s are necessary for the roadway. The radius of the curve was not particularly great and would only qualify for a 25 mile per hour speed advisory sign if one were posted. A survey to the six resident properties potentially impacted by the proposed sidewalk showed one in favor, two against, and three who had yet to respond. 9.
