URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE MEETING
November 15, 1979
PRESENT: Edwards, Myers and Deters plus staff inember Kelly
ABSENT: 1��cKay, Regis and Smith
Mr. Kelly passed out copies of the committee minutes of September Z0,
October 4 and October 18, 1979.
Since a quorum was not present, the committee transacted no business.
The meeting was mutually adjourned.
