Approval of Agenda MOTION: Mr. Grawe moved, second by Mr. McKenzie, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion passed 5-0. 3. Audience Items Perry Altendorfer expressed concerns over speeding traffic on Palomino Drive in the area of the 35 mile per hour speed zone. He requested the speed limit be reduced in that area. Mr. Anderson said that excessive speed has been a concern on Palomino Drive in the past and the driver feedback signs have been deployed there in the past and will be again in the future. Because Palomino Drive is a Minnesota State Aid roadway, the State, not the City, sets the speed limit. State studies are currently two years out for scheduling and much of the time, such studies lead to speed limit increases, not decreases. The City will continue to monitor speeds and deploy the driver feedback signs. 4.
