Ayes - 4, Nays - 0. ORDINANCE 402 LIQUOR LICENSE AMENDMENT Mark Hebert, developer of the Auto Service Mall attended the meeting to present options for the exterior of the mall which had been discussed with the Mayor at a meeting on Monday. Option 1 would use brick on the columns, metal facia on sign- age panels and concrete block for screening around the top of the building. Option 2 would use brick and stucco on the columns and a metal screen on the top of the building above the concrete block. Option 3 would be the same as Option 2 except there would be a brick and rock face on the columns. There was discussion regarding preferences for Options 1 and 3. Option 2 was not preferred by any of the Councilmembers. Councilmember Holton expressed a preference for Option 1 and suggested using a brick facia similar to that used on the Super Store. MOTION: of Goodwin, seconded by Savanick, to approve Option 3. The AUTO MALL motion was amended by Councilmember Holton to substitute EXTERIOR brick facia for break-off block. There was no second. Mr. Hebert attempted to get a cost estimate for the substitution but was unable to do so while the meeting was in session. The Council then agreed to table the matter until Thursdayfs regular Council meeting so an estimate could be obtained and an example of the facia could be examined.
