ABSENT: Myers, McKay and Edwards Mr. Smith advised the committee that he would be resigning as he was moving to Belgium. Since there was not a o,uorum of the committee present, it was decided to delay discussion of the firearms ordinance. Mr. Kelly advised the committee that he would cdmmunicate with the community residents that had expressed an interest in the firearms ordinance concerning the delays. It was mutually agreed to cancel the Tfecember 20 committee meeting. The meeting was then adjourned.
