URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
MINUTES

PRESENT: George Hecker, Hank Myers, Dick Edwards, Dorothy Regis, Bill Smith.
Chairman Hecker called the meeting to order and the Committee continued their work on
the proposed Ordinance regulating and licensing of Massage Parlors. See the attached
sheets for the Ordinance as completed thus far.
The Committee will continue with Section 6 - Massage Establishment Operation at
their next meeting.
Please note: The Urban Affairs Comnnittee will meet only the third Thursday of the
Month from June through August.
The next meeting will be on June 15, 1977 - Thursday - at 7:30 p.m.
