URBAN AFFAIRS COMMITTEE
February 17, 1977
PRESENT: Hank Myers, George Hecker, Joan Goering
Chairman Hecker called the meeting to order.
The Committee reviewed the minutes of the previous meeting and changes recommended
`for the Transient Merchant Ordinance. They reviewed the ordina�xce from Sectian 9
thraugh the end of the ordinance and made a few changes. Attached is a copy of the
ordinance with the recommended changes.
The Committee will review the attached preliminary draft at their meeting on March 3, 1977
at 7:30 g.me before submitting i� ta the City Council for approvale
